Size of a typical mansion ranges between250-400 sqm, offering ample space for comfort and luxury.

Land Size
Piedmont Mansions are mostly sold with significant pieces of land:

"Small": 1,000-2,000 sqm; perfect for easy maintenance.

"Medium": 2,000-10,000 sqm; ideal for added privacy and space

"Large": Over 10,000 sqm; mostly includes vineyard/s and/or forest/s (belonging to the asset).
